Return Policy

LeCouture-Nova : RETURNS

If for any reason, you have a change of mind for an item you have received, LeCouture-Nova will happily accept returns for either an item exchange, store credit or refund.

Please note, this is only applicable for items still within 14 days of delivery, providing that the product is:

– Unworn and returned in the original condition.

– Has all tags, and plastic stickers attached.

– Includes the original packaging, without postage labels.

A restocking fee of $10 will only be deducted from returns or exchanges that are missing components such as chargers, boxes and band adjustment tools

We do not provide prepaid return labels and do not reimburse return shipping costs.  Returns must be sent via USPS.
