I love the watch but I can't get it connected to my phone It's a galaxy

Is there anyway I can order a battery or have mine fix . I had this watch 6 months and it doesn’t work anymore. I do believe it’s the battery . I can’t get it repaired , no one will Touch it. I love my watch I need it for my health my oxygen my blood pressure , But Jesus no one will help me I don’t know how to open it I don’t even have the tools. Can somebody tell me something about this watch I’m not gonna spend another 70 something dollars thank you Rosie

This is an awesome watch that didnt break the bank for us. It does everything I need and I love it! Would definately recommend it!

At 1st I had a bad experience, but the support team made everything right!!! and I love the watch!!!!

I wore my watch in the water and it was not waterproof. After I sent a video of it not working they sent me another watch. Got it and have no trouble with the new one. I would not advise wearing it in the water.

I love this watch.. it is everything and more than I asked for.. and it looks great on my arm.

At first it took awhile And I was a little hesitant about the order thinking it wasn’t going to show up but it did. It took me two weeks to understand and figure out that under Bluetooth you have to connect both the watch and the watch call that way you can receive and make calls from the watch. So if your having that problem make sure you connect both under your Bluetooth settings. As for the watch itself I love the size the feeling and the things it does. Like the tracking your breathes/ blood pressure/ oxygen level etc. The only thing I cannot get is text messages. I thought at first it would send text messages but it doesn’t!

I have a question that I can't get an answer to. Do you have to pay an extra monthly fee for a service to this watch I already pay for my phone I don't want to pay an extra fee per month that's why I hesitate to buy a smartwatch. But nobody answers. I am not talking about the cost of the watch!

The watch looks almost like an Apple watch without "breaking a bank" and its been working well as watch, but some apps especially, the weather app doesn't work for some reason, after trying all settings that I know. I will recommend this watch overall.

The watch is great it's easy to use. Although its difficult to connect and disconnects often. And the band that comes with it makes my arm itchy and sweat profusely.

The only two things are, I orderd the wrong size band it should of been the smaller one. The only problem is I can't sink the time. Can your technician help me with the problem you Thank. Ray Fresquez

I am an iPhone user who hasn't wanted to break the bank to purchase an Apple Watch yet. I got this smart watch as a much cheaper alternative, and I'm very happy with it so far. First impression: This watch looks a lot like an Apple Watch which, in my opinion, is a good thing. It's very lightweight, smooth, and comfortable to wear. Previous to getting this, I had a larger Fitbit that was uncomfortable to wear, so I ended up not using it after a while. I haven't worn a watch in some time, but it's been very easy to get used to wearing this one. I've been wearing it for a couple of weeks, and I actually forget that I have it on most of the time. Pros: � Touch screen is very responsive and accurate. The gestures (swipe, tap) are intuitive and easy to learn. � Battery life is EXCELLENT. I wore this for almost a week on one charge. � The charger is easy to use and fast. I like the way the charger magnetically sticks to the watch. � Watch notifications work well with Apple iPhone 11. I have the watch set to notify me when I have calls and texts, and this is very helpful when my phone isn�t right next to me. � The WearFit Pro app syncs with Apple Health to record steps, sleep, etc. � Step counter seems pretty good�at least close enough for someone just wanting to make sure I�m up on my feet throughout the day. � While the watch doesn�t have a lot of options for the face styles, I like the default one a lot! � The comfort of this watch really does deserve a second mention. It is very comfortable to wear. Cons: � Notifications on watch (for calls and text messages) aren�t aesthetically pleasing; they look a bit like old DOS command lines. However, they are absolutely functional, so this doesn�t bother me too much. � The WearFit Pro app can be a little confusing because of translation issues. This app is obviously made by non-native English speakers. If you know what you�re looking for and what to expect from settings in a smart watch, it�s easy to overlook the clumsy English, but the language could trip up some users. Conclusion: This watch has very pleasantly surprised me. I would rate this a 4.5/5 (I don't give 5 star ratings unless there are no cons to a product). I think it�s a great affordable option for someone who wants a smart watch but can�t afford an Apple Watch or even a FitBit. Not a lot of money for A LOT of functionality. Highly recommend!

Love my new watch. It does it all. This smart watch is great for any fitness person or someone to just wants a good quality watch that does all the advanced features. Does sleep tracking which is one reason why I purchased this in the first place. I swear I did not get a good nights sleep and if I do sleep it�s not all at once. This contract my sleep patterns. I bought this for my husband for an anniversary gift. He had been wanting an Apple Watch but honestly we�re on a tight budget and just couldn�t afford it. I ran across this one and decided to give it a shot. I�m really pleased with how well it preforms! He can read texts and see who�s calling him on the watch. He can listen to music plus it tracks his steps and heart rate! The only downside is the touch screen isn�t super fast but overall you really can�t beat it for the price! I�m probably going to order one for me too! Haha

You don't always get what you paid for. This watch is worth so much more than it's being sold for. Sure, it's not the most customizable in terms of the home screen font/color, but it does its job and then some. I receive my text messages, Facebook Messages, emails, and other notifications which allows me to now be on my phone as much and it tracks my sleep and activity. If you're looking for a budget alternative to the apple watch, this is it.

So far so good. Sleeping and heart rate seems pretty close if not perfect. Good value for money. Overall 100% satisfied. In fact I will buy another one for my friend.

I have been using my watch for few days now and works great! I am really pleased with this purchase. In fact, this watch is water proof and keeps tracks of heat rate, steps , distance and calories. Also, provides message notifications and you can keep track of your music. All in one watch! Highly recommended. Battery life is top notch. I haven�t charged it since I bought it! Love it.

I am not able to afford the bigger brand names like Apple and Samsung, but I have been buying some of these cheaper, less known brands to see if they have what I am looking for!

For the money, this is quite nice. It could seriously use a lot more watch face options.

So far I am very pleased with my purchase. After going through 4 Fitbits in the last 1.5 years I was on the hunt for a similar watch that is affordable and functional. This watch has all the features of the fitbit, has a very sleek design, functions just a well if not better the the Fitbit Versa and original blaze and am hoping that it lasts longer too.

So I have had the watch for two months. It was inexpensive and has a sleek design. I really like the band, its very smooth and comfortable. It doesn't catch dirt easily. I am hard on watches. This watch has held up well so far unlike the last $150 watch i purchased. The only problem that I have had was with the charger. It has stopped charging, however a quick email they were able to send me a replacement charger.

While I love technology, I don't like the fact that smart watches need to be charged every day so I never got a big $ one. I do have a nice hybrid watch with a good battery life. I don't wear it to work though because I don't want it damaged. So why not get a cheap smart watch a try? I didn't expect much but wow this thing does a lot for $69

The screen is nice and bright and adjustable. There are only 4 faces to choose from(more in the future maybe?) and I only like one of them. Swiping through screens is responsive and easy enough. The band is very comfortable.

wanted to give it a 3 star because even though I found a little discrepancy then and there, paid for what I got and that is fair. Couldn�t give it a 5 star because of the same reason and honestly I expected to put a little more work on the device.

This watch is such a wonderful product, with an affordable price compare with other similar watches.

Bottom line is that the watch does the basics well. Sleep, heart, steps, notifications. Awesome battery life. I will update if I have any issues in the future. For this price though, what are you waiting for?

I was surprised how light the watch is and it comes with a comfortable band. After removing it from the packaging I plugged it in to charge. My particular watch had about a 30% change and after putting it on the charger it was at a 100% in about 2 hours. I installed the app and it synced up on the first try. Emails, text messages and phone notifications work fine.

I needed a pedometer for a fitness class I'm in. This was so much more than expected! I noticed the ratings were just as good as a Fitbit. Since this is the fraction of the price, I decided there wasn't much to loose. I LOVE this thing! It does so much! It tells time and date, counts steps, calories burned, miles walked and it keeps track of your heart rate during specific exercises. It can find your phone (Yay! No more Tile phobs that only work for a year!), turn on your music on your phone, tell you if you have phone calls or texts, and it even has timers, alarms and a calm down mode that takes you through a breathing routine to calm down. It also really looks like the pictures. I just couldn't be happier.

I'm pretty satisfied with this purchase. I have had a few smart watches in the last year that I have either lost it ( it somehow fell out of the band while I was walking) or it didn't work well ( wouldn't sync the watch to my phone). I didnt have to worry about that with this watch. It is well constructed and the setup was easy. This watch has the basic features: step counter, heart rate monitor, sports tracker, and alarm. It also has call and message notification. I can control my music on it as well. But honestly the best thing about this that I am in love is that you can use it to locate your phone. You two the phone locator icon and it will cause your phone to ring. It really came in handy within the first 2 hours me unboxing it. The stepcounter so far has been pretty accurate. My last few trackers would count my driving as steps due to rough and bumpy roads. I purposely checked my step count when I first got into my car and then again when I arrived at work and there was no change/added steps. The sleep tracker is pretty useful. It tells me when I fall asleep and how long I was in deep sleep and light sleep. It has a relax app which is nice. The battery life is pretty good as well. This watch is a great value for what you get

Nice design, holds a charge for about a week on average, price is excellent, fairly accurate, easy to use. I did have an issue pairing it with my iPhone 11 and was quite frustrated with the situation. Honestly cannot remember what I did to get it to sync, but once it was connected, all was good. Pretty sure it involved deleting and downloading the app again.

I like how sleek it is and how this Letsfit watch looks like an apple watch, I purchased this Bec I cannot afford Apple Watch and I am really not a fan of it aside from being so expensive I felt like my cp is enough, however when I saw this watch with its price I did purchase it, and I found it really useful, and there�s nothing I feel like I�m missing comparable to apple watch, i gave it a 4 star bec of the fact that im missing the instruction but then the seller is very helpful sending me the full instruction on how to navigate it, the buttons and modes are easy to use and easy to navigate and her instruction is very clear. I love how it tracks my steps and my heart rate while exercising.

I personally love this. I am not an athlete or a tech junky... I'm a stay at home mom with two little kids. They run away with my phone and then I have no way to contact the outside world etc. if needed. I have medical issues and so do my kids.

I was very excited to order this watch and was upset when it took a while to get here (which is the fault of UPS not the seller)

The watch came in this white box and was packed super cute, it came with a full batter charge as well which was great!

I do wish this came with something like Alexa or google but for the price it�s worth it looks almost exactly like apple. Try it out if you don�t like you can always return it.

I was looking for a 'simple' watch when I accidentally checked this product on google. I instantaneously liked the features advertised which also made me very skeptical but decided to take a chance. After all - free returns! It's been a couple of weeks and this watch has surpassed all my expectations

I bought this smartwatch to help keep track of my steps and calories burned throughout the day. I wasn't willing to spend the money on a more expensive, brand name watch yet so this item's price fit my needs. I have to say that I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of this watch.

It works really well at counting my steps and a capturing my sleep activity. My main complaint is that it does not monitor my heart rate very well. I understand if my wrist is bent during a workout and that creating an issue.

Amazing. This watch is great all around from the price to the weight of it. The only thing I wish could be better would be more watch faces but I can get passed that. It seems to be tracking everything well an ive been on it messing with it since ive received the watch. It came almost fully charged already and for the 2 days ive had it the battery is at 89%.

I got these for my boyfriend and I one in black and one in green I believe looks more turquoise to me but either way I love it! The battery life is amazingly long� I went without charging it for about four days.! I even had people Think that it was an actual Apple Watch! And honestly it does feel like an Apple Watch

My husband has been wanting a fitness tracker for some time but we didn't want to break the bank on one of the really expensive ones. So, I did a lot of research and settled on this one and I'm glad I did. It came fully charged which was nice. It was very easy to pair with his phone. He said that it is very comfortable and it looks nice. He has a heart condition so he often checks his heart rate and it's pretty accurate. He likes that you can swim with it on. You can turn on the sedentary alert so if you are sitting too long it let's you know so you can get up and walk. I'm not sure how accurate it tracks your sleep. His favorite thing with it is that it tracks your steps, miles walked and calories burned. I am planning on getting one for myself so we can compete to see who gets more steps.

Great smart watch, especially for the money we spent. My husband bought one for himself and for me after he saw a news segment advertising and reviewing these watches on channel 5! To be honest, I wasn�t expecting much due to the price. I was pleasantly surprised! The pairing to our phones was so easy and the watch works great. It�s been a week and I still haven�t had to charge it!

At first I only bought this to be able to track my steps and try to reach my goal. But I then realized it did so much more. There was a music controller , heart best detector, timer, stopwatch, and it displays your texts ( although you can�t respond).

I take off one star because of the app - WearFit Pro. It is OK, but it is not in the same league as the FitBit or Garmin apps. Only issue I have is that I have never been able to get the SMS notifications to work even after contacting their "customer service" for help.

I heard about this watch on a podcast I listened to. I was skeptical and really on the fence as to whether I should buy it or not but after reading the reviews, I took the chance.

I had paid a lot of money for an Apple watch and found it too distracting during my workday as it was beeping and vibrating every few seconds about something when I was in meetings. I realized that I didn't really need all of the bells and whistles -- I just needed a watch with some fitness tracking. I also didn't want one that I was going to have to charge all of the time because I was very interested in my sleep cycles as I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and the other watches would need to be charged at night every night.

I was not expecting a lot for a $70 price point, but this has exceeded all of my expectations. I have been wearing it for almost a week and it is still at 64% charge. My son and husband have now both requested one for themselves. My son is 10 and I'm not into him having expensive electronics "just because" but during this time of quarantine if this is going to motivate him to move and take steps and get outside, I am all for that. He absolutely LOVES it. He even agreed to use his allowance and money he saved from his birthday to pay for it himself.

No complaints here whatsoever. The battery is amazing, the functions : Step counter, Heart monitor, and so so much more. The same functions I paid hundreds more for my "big name" fitness watch. My son is 6 almost 7 and has been begging me for one of these watches. He wants to be like mommy and get his steps counted and know what time it is as well as knowing what his heart rate is and relaxation techniques. He can take a shower with it on and he loves that it his sleep too. He is an active child and It has gone over a week and still doesnt need to be charged. He keeps me on my toes and making sure I dont let him surpass me in steps. It is simple to use and I truly cant believe the cost is so low. I plan on purchasing more as gifts because the value is unprecedented.

I had to return the first one I purchased(problem recharging), but full refund, easy return. As a result I've waited 3 mo. to be sure I was happy with this one. I am. Step tracking a bit stingy unless aggressive arm movement, but otherwise good. Alarms are especially nice, not intrusive, but helpful. Wrist sense nice. Face easily readable at all times. Needs charging about once/wk but easy and zero probs with this one. I'm older so do not use all of the extra bells and whistles but this meets all of my needs very nicely.

One thing I do not like is that I turn it towards me and it's supposed to light up automatically so you don't have to manually turn the screen on. It only does that sometimes. Often, it turns on just when facing the couch or my side, literally out of no where.

This watch is bought for fitness and exercise. More than a month after owning it, I'm sure it's my right watch. Wear a watch to the gym, go boating by the lake, go mountain climbing. I like the comfort of wristbands. Batteries can be used easily for a week without recharging. It can even control the music playing of wireless headphones connected to mobile phones matched with watches. If you wear it during sleep, it will also tell you the duration of sleep.

One thing I don't love is the fact that if I am running a timer, stopwatch, or "sport" activity, I cannot get to any other functions without closing out of the timer or activity. I wish I could access messages or at least the time during these functions.

Amazing! I have never owned a top brand smart watch before but I have had 2 watches from this manufacturer before and the only reason I got another one was because I wanted to try this bigger screen one. I love both the skinny one and thick one.

I bought one for my husband too. He really likes wearing it but the strap arm broke after about 3 months. The company replaced the watch very quickly and was very easy to deal with. I was impressed.

It's a very good watch. I basically got it because I walk on the beach a lot and wanted to keep track of workout. It does a great job. I recommend it to everyone. The pedometer function. That's why I got it and now I will be using all the features on this watch.

I'm a nurse, so I can't really have my phone out all the time. This watch allows me to get vital notifications (messages and calls) without needing to look at my phone. Plus, the watch is very water resistant, so it's easy to clean. I can clean it with rubbing alcohol, antibacterial wipes, or take it into the shower after my shift.

Wanted a cheaper version of an apple watch. Just wanted to track steps, sleep and be able to see who's calling and texting. Simple to use app. Like that I can pick and chose what notifications I want to see on the watch. Great at helping me see my sleep cycles. Have suggested other friends purchase the same one. Battery life is great! Charge like every 10 days but could go probably 12 or 14 without it dying. Overall super happy. Oh and its comfortable to wear too. Which I've always had an issue with bc I'm picky and dont wear things on my wrists. Must buy!

Three months together, and I couldn't be much more pleased. For less than $70, this watch is fantastic.

At first, I was trying to buy the apple watch, then I found out this product, and I would like to give it a try. Now, I have to say that im so lucky to bought this product instead of spent a lot of money with apple watch, it has exactly functions what apple watch had

I am disappointed that it does not give text notifications for a group SMS texts. However it does for Facebook messenger. It also does not give text notifications for anyone that I have my Google chat features turned on with, as the messages do not appear as SMS.

This product is a great value. Far as I can tell it does what an Apple iWatch does for a much better price. The look is great and I personally cannot believe all the functions which it performs. The graphics are great.

You wont be disappointed. I could buy several of these and still pay less then one of the big name brands and the only difference is the name. This mom is sold for sure. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

The support team has been awesome and very responsive. I had the same 2 random text notifications appearing after every real text notification (with nothing on my phone). They helped me figure it out over emailing back and forth in one day. I was very impressed.

I rarely review items unless they really impress me (like this product) or they are awful (and my review might save someone from making a mistake). I will say, this product is one that impressed me! My 13 year old son has always worn a watch of some kind and had an Apple Watch for the last couple years. It recently died and he started saving for a new one. In the mean time he "felt naked" not having a watch (he is a little obsessed with time). He also got accustomed to text notifications on the Apple Watch and missed that feature. I decided to get him a cheaper smart watch for Easter so that he had something until he is able to save up for a new Apple Watch. Well....this watch has exceeded my expectations!

Everything else on an Apple Watch is overkill and too expensive for what it does. This watch covers all of the above with less than a fraction of the price. I was skeptical at first but it works really well.

I absolutely love this watch! I am an ER RN so I wanted something durable but worth the price. I wanted the perks of a fitness tracker with the convenience of seeing incoming calls and texts incase i need to step out and respond quickly. I have spent a few months debating investing in a namebrand smart watch but I couldn't bring myself to spend that money.

The only reason I don't give this a 5 star was that he says that it was confusing to figure out how to navigate through the screens and find things.

I haven�t gotten to know the watch very much, only been wearing it for a week and really use it for the time and counting steps. But definitely want to see if the heart monitor is accurate since I have high blood pressure

I love my watch! The accuracy is very good. Please be sure to follow the directions of wearing the watch loosely on your wrist as this makes a big difference in accuracy. The battery life for mine is very good as I only use the Bluetooth/messaging feature when I am not right near my phone and that doesn't happen often.

You can change the bands, I bought the purple band (a little girly for my liking but wanted to do something out of my norm) and plan to personalize it with the one I have on the way. I honestly don't have any complaints, especially since it has everything I was looking for feature plus more and for a quarter of the price of the leading competitors. Super happy!

I was excited to recieve this watch. I love the screen options, sleep tracker, step counter, and relax features. This watch is perfect for work where it's imperative for me to keep track of my time. The lift wrist screen sense is a great feature for me. I can turn it on when I get to work and I don't have to worry about having a free hand to check the time. Then turn it off when I leave so it's not flashing the time at me while I'm doing chores around the house. Everything I wanted in a watch at a fraction of the price.

I love the watch. It is comfortable, attractive, and maintains it's charge for a long time. For $70 I knew this wasn't going to have all the bells and whistles, but I wasn't interested in those. I really just wanted a watch to tell time. I use my phone as a step tracker. I set up my watch to get fb notifications and texts, but rarely use that.

I like most of the features. I'm disappointed that you are not able to set your stride. They say that they will report miles walked which led me to believe that I could set my stride

I purchased this for my 12 year old son who wanted a watch and the ability to track his steps and activity. A high end Apple or Android watch was not an option at his age, and I came across this. After using it for just over 1 month, It has fit his needs wonderfully.

The watch was actually nice looking and worked ok BUT the app it uses does NOT link with Google fit very well. It did link at first and pushed all my data on a daily basis for a few days and then suddenly disconnected. I tried everything from reinstalling both VERYFITPRO and GOOGLE FIT, clearing the cache but all it did was deleting all my data completely and just refused to link back to FIT. I wrote to app support and haven't heard from them. It was useless to me if didn't sync my data with FIT so I had to return it.

I am a 60 year old who just wanted to keep track of my walking miles. This watch does so much more! I have 2 tips for you, 1. if you feel the mileage is not accurate simply add an inch or subtract an inch from your height in the App and it will adjust for how long it thinks your stride is and therefore how far you walk.

Overall this is a good watch. It's easy to use. There were 2 issues. When I turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on it doesn't count my steps accurately. I'm not sure why, but I can take mutiple steps and the count won't change. I just try to avoid turning off the Bluetooth on my phone. The other issue I had was after every text message that came in, I got a follow up text asking if I wanted to block the text message. IDK if it was an issue with my phone or watch but eventually it stopped.

My mother bought it for me as my graduate gift. I have to say I love this smart watch sooo much. It includes all the functions that I need for a smart watch, like heart rate, sport, alarm, timer, music controller and etc. You can even connect your phone to it with Bluetooth. So that you can easily change music while you are walking or running. Another thing I really like it is the color!

My husband got this watch for himself and I fell in love with a few things. #1 I can locate my phone when lost from the watch! The button activates the cell phone ringer like a house phone base does to the handheld unit.

It is a great alternative to the expensive apple watch. You won�t have all the bells and whistles of an Apple Watch but you�ll get messages and notifications, track heart rate, phone locator. It works well with iPhone 8 plus

I really enjoy the watch a lot. I think it is a great value. It holds a charge for awhile and I can wear it in the pool (it doesn't count my pool steps though). I would buy it again.

Fun checking out what your body is doing. How many steps I do a day is fun to see. What your heart is doing is fun too. This works great fits wonderful. Does all the things I wanted it to do.
